Over 70% of its production is exported throughout the world where Irtec is known as a quality brand. The raw material used is carefully chosen from the best material presently available on the world market and the manufacturing cycles are carried out by high tech machinery.
All materials are carefully checked at their arrival and the final product is tested before beeing sent to the customer. The raw material for the polyethylene hose is imported from Germany. Irtec reel irrigators are supplied with a hot galvanised chassis and turn-table, the drum and the other accessories are painted with epoxy paint and polyurethanic
enamels. The exclusive feature of Irtec reel irrigators is a special high efficiency turbine directly driving the gearbox, which allows efficient irrigation at very low pressures and flow rates. The simplicity in operation and the proven reliability of the product represent the goals of IRTEC designers to continue as they have from the very beginning to manufacture only the best products. Irtec can equip its reel irrigators with the new generation of speed equalizers which enable the customer to program and to automate completely the irrigation cycles. Among its products Irtec offers also a wide range of motorpump sets assembled on a chassis of an exclusive design and completely welded by robotics. Spray booms up to 50 meters in length and centrifugalpumps for slurry and water complete the range of Irtec products.
